ggt999's commitment to responsible gaming
ggt999 believes that healthy entertainment is the best entertainment. We are always by your side to ensure responsible gaming on our platform.
What is Responsible Gaming and Why Does It Matter?
Online gaming can be an enjoyable form of entertainment when it is enjoyed in a controlled and mindful way. But when gaming stops being fun and starts creating financial or mental stress, it can become a problem. At ggt999 we believe every player has the right to play in a safe and enjoyable environment.
Responsible gaming means knowing your limits, setting a budget and seeing gaming purely as a form of entertainment — not as a source of income. We encourage all our members to follow these principles and to use our self-regulation tools whenever needed.
To ensure responsible gaming on the ggt999 platform, we have put several effective measures in place — from setting deposit limits to taking temporary breaks. Our goal is to keep every member's gaming experience enjoyable and safe.
Our Self-Regulation Tools
ggt999 gives you the power to control your own gaming experience. The tools below can be used at any time.
Set Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately and keeps your budget under control.
Self-Exclusion
Lock your account for a set period (1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanently). While self-exclusion is active, access to your account is completely blocked.
Temporary Break (Time-Out)
Take a temporary break from 24 hours up to 30 days. During the break you will not be able to log in to your account, but your funds will remain safe.
Reality Check Reminders
Receive pop-up notifications at set intervals to let you know how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost. This helps you make informed decisions.
Loss Limit Setting
Set a maximum daily or weekly loss limit. When the limit is reached your gaming session will end automatically — protecting you from financial loss.

Age Verification and Protection
For Ages 21 and Above Only
ggt999 follows a strict age verification policy. Every member's age is verified at registration. No person under the age of 21 may open an account or play on this platform. We urge parents and guardians to ensure that underage members of your household cannot access this site.
Minimum Age Requirement
The minimum age for online gaming in Bangladesh is 21. Age is verified at registration using a national identity card or another form of identification.
Account Protection
Parents and guardians are advised to install parental control software on their devices to prevent minors from accessing gaming sites.
Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
If any of the signs below appear in you or someone you know, prompt action is needed.
Chasing Losses
Placing larger bets after a loss in an attempt to recover lost money — this is the most common sign of problem gaming.
Betting Beyond Your Means
Using money set aside for essential expenses or debt repayment to gamble is a serious warning sign.
Lying About Gaming
Being dishonest with family or friends about the time or money spent on gaming is a concerning sign.
Disruption to Sleep and Daily Life
If gaming is harming your sleep, work, family life or social life, you should take a break immediately.
Restlessness When Unable to Play
Feeling anxious, irritable or depressed when you cannot game may be a sign of addiction.
Constantly Increasing Bet Sizes
Feeling the need to keep raising bet amounts to get the same level of enjoyment is a clear sign of gaming addiction.
How to Use the Protection Tools
Using the responsible gaming tools at ggt999 is very straightforward. Follow the steps below:
Log In to Your Account
Log in to your ggt999 account and go to the Account Settings page.
Open the Responsible Gaming Menu
Go to the "Responsible Gaming" section in Settings and choose the tool you need.
Set Your Limits
Set the limits you prefer. Changes take effect immediately.
Please Note
Increasing a deposit limit is not immediate — a 24-hour waiting period applies. However, reducing a limit or activating self-exclusion takes effect immediately. We have designed it this way intentionally to ensure your protection.
Build Healthy Gaming Habits
Follow the tips below to stay responsible while having fun at ggt999. These habits will keep your gaming experience enjoyable over the long term.

Maintaining Balance with Gaming
Online gaming can be an enjoyable leisure activity, just as watching cricket or a film can be enjoyable. The key is to maintain the right balance.
Remember, the outcome of every game depends entirely on chance. No strategy or system can guarantee a win in casino games.
All games at ggt999 use audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair play. We believe in transparency.
